What Doesn’t Kill You… – Baptiste Institute

Is it possible that adversity defines who we are? Are struggles, opposition, and trials what’s holding us back from success…

…or are they truly preparatory for greatness?

“That which does not kill us makes us stronger”

–Friedrich Nietzsche.

Nobody is eager to sign up for struggle, hardship, and adversity.

But the truth is, if you’re stuck in your comfort zone, you’re not growing!

In a recent episode of Disrupting the Drift, David Masters and I unpacked two powerful Nietzsche quotes that are game-changers when it comes to overcoming adversity and rising to greatness… you can listen to it right here:

The truth is, most people who have achieved greatness say that it was the adversity in their lives that shaped them into who they are today…

And personally, I can attest that in my own life, it was when I was up against struggle… at rock bottom even… that real change and growth happened.

God speaks to us when we’re at life’s hardest… and it turns out, adversity is the mother of creativity, and  opposition is preparatory to living true and tapping your potential.
