An unlikely yogi, I grew up on a farm, built an international business career and discovered yoga to cope with burnout. The practice made me feel alive, vibrant and sparked a fresh sense of possibility in my life. Teacher trainings with Baron Baptiste and immersion into the world of Baptiste yoga quickly followed. I am co-founder of Lumi Power Yoga in London, UK with my wife Elina, and one of the first certified Baptiste Yoga teachers in Europe. I lead teacher trainings and workshops, adore my two small daughters and eat lots of dark chocolate. My latest passion is Lumi Foundation – a charitable organisation to bring yoga to people who otherwise would not have access to the benefits of yoga.
