Tier 2: Certified Baptiste Power Yoga Educator
Spring City, PA, United States
It was 2000 when Pauline first walked through the doors of Power Yoga Works (PYW) and discovered Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga. She has never looked back since. Pauline fell in love with this vigorous style of yoga that not only challenged her on a physical level, but that also called her to slow down and live life one conscious breath at a time. It was her love of Baptiste yoga and the desire to share the transformative power of this practice with others that inspired Pauline to enroll in PYW’s Teacher Training Certification program in 2007. Since then, Pauline has become certified by the Baptiste Institute as a Baptiste Power Yoga Educator and by Yoga Alliance at the ERYT 500 level and a continuing education provider. For more than a decade, Pauline has led classes, workshops and teacher trainings that seek to inspire her students to create their best life and make a difference in the lives of others.
In addition to her ongoing trainings with the Baptiste Institute, Pauline has also completed various yoga trainings and workshops with Beryl Bender Birch, Bryan Kest, Simon Park and Thai yoga massage with “Mukti” Michael Buck. Pauline believes in always having the mindset of a student, including having a sense of humility, a willingness to learn and an openness to all that is possible! Through her teaching, Pauline hopes to inspire her students to break through self-imposed limitations and to realize their full potential – both on and off the mat. With a teaching style that is both challenging and supportive, she calls upon her students to step up to their edge, live life full-on and meet life fearlessly. When not on her mat, Pauline enjoys spending time with her husband, Kyle, and her three children – Hayden, Kendall, and Peyton.
