Kate Stiffler is a Tier 3 1200 Hour Certified Baptiste Influencer with the Baptiste Institute.
For 9 years, Kate formally owned and operated Kate Yoga, one of South Florida’s top yoga studios, in Ft. Lauderdale Florida. In the Spring of 2019, Kate decided to close Kate Yoga and commit fully to bringing Baptiste Yoga to her own community in Southeast Florida. With an anticipated Summer 2020 opening date, Kate will be opening Baptiste Power Yoga Ft. Lauderdale, the only Baptiste Affiliate Studio in Southeast Florida!
Kate holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Colorado-Boulder and a Masters of Social Work from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida.
She is married to Dan, an Insurance Defense Lawyer, for over 19 years and has 5 children from the ages of 10 to 19 years old.
