About The Studio
We are a Baptiste Affiliate studio located in beautiful Mystic, CT open 365 days of the year 7 days a week from 6am to late in the evening on most days. Our goal is to empower each and every individual who comes to our school to fully embrace themselves so they are able to share their unique gifts with their community and the world. We accomplish this goal through the sharing of the practices and techniques of the Baptiste methodology asana, meditation and inquiry.
